CAPITOL HILL RESIDENCE :: SEATTLE, WASHINGTON

This remodel/addition to a 1922 residence in a leafy neighborhood in Seattle, WA, involved creating a two story addition with a kitchen opening up to the back yard, and a Master Bedroom on the upper level. The owners have two young children, and getting the family on the same level was important.

Sitework included a new deck, and a reworked driveway to access an existing garage.
