Designed for a family with three children, this remodel completely transformed a traditional southern house, creating a spacious, modern, comfortable house. The Kitchen is the hub of activity, open to the Dining and Living Room, and central to the entire house.
The rear terrace and Pool becomes the most used 'room' of the house in the summer, with all of the major spaces connected to it with french doors. The Master Bedroom, Living and Dining Room, and the Den all have major connections to the outdoors, at the rear of the house to provide a private retreat for the family.
The Garage was converted into the den space, including a half bath, built in cabinets for the entertainment hub, a wet bar, and french doors allowing the space to open up to the terrace in the summer.
